I use a variety of tonewoods, selected to suit the player and the instrument. Most commonly South American and Indian Rosewoods, Birds-eye and figured Maple, Walnut, Mahogany etc.. for Back and sides and European and Sitka Spruce, and Cedar for soundboards. Whatever is chosen I use the best quality I can find and balance each part with the other.

As with tonewoods, all hardware and fittings are the finest quality. I am currently using Waverly machine heads as standard with Rogers available to order.

All my guitars are fitted with the great Schertler Bluestick system, with Schertler Dual optional or Headway's great systems. I also recommend and supply the David acoustic amp for a wonderful, clear and transparent amplified acoustic solution. Other systems are also available if required.

All guitars come with a Hiscox Liteflite case as standard, with Pro and Artist models optional.
